Welcome to SwipeClean. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SwipeClean mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using SwipeClean, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. About SwipeClean
SwipeClean is a photo-cleaning and gallery organization application that helps users review, organize, and remove unwanted photos from their devices. The App provides tools to:
- Review and swipe through gallery photos
- Mark photos for deletion via a safe review queue
- Identify cleanup opportunities (similar photos, screenshots, blurry photos)
- Recover device storage space
- Track cleanup history and progress
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all actions performed within the App. Before deleting any photo, carefully review the selected items. SwipeClean provides a review process to help you verify selections before deletion, but we are not responsible for accidental deletion resulting from user actions.
We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important photos before performing cleanup operations.
3. Permissions
SwipeClean may request access to:
- Photos, Videos, and Media files
- Device storage
These permissions are required to provide core App functionality. You may revoke permissions at any time through device settings; doing so may limit or disable certain features.
4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Cancellation
SwipeClean offers an optional premium subscription ("SwipeClean Pro") that removes ads, lifts the daily cleanup limit, and enables instant undo. Every core cleanup feature — Smart Scan, duplicate/blur/document detection, and the swipe-to-clean flow — is available to free users; a subscription changes limits and convenience, not access.
- Prices, billing periods, and any free trial are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you buy, and are set in Google Play (and the App Store, where applicable) in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings — SwipeClean cannot cancel it on your behalf.
- Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-renewing.
- Payments are processed entirely by Google Play / the App Store. Refunds are handled under their standard policies; SwipeClean does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property
SwipeClean — including its name, logo, branding, design, user interface, and software — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell any part of the App without written permission.
6. Advertisements
The free version of SwipeClean may display advertisements through third-party providers such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party advertisements.
7. Third-Party Services
SwipeClean may use third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Crashlytics, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat (subscription management). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability
We strive to keep SwipeClean available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeClean and its developers shall not be liable for data loss, photo loss, storage issues, device problems, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
10. No Warranty
SwipeClean is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the App for any particular purpose.
11. Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, add features, or enhance security. Users are encouraged to install the latest available version.
12. Future Features
SwipeClean may describe upcoming features planned for future releases. Such planned features are subject to change and are not guaranteed until officially released.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or misuse the application.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published within the App and on our website. Continued use of SwipeClean after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
